Matt May, sophomore chemistry major at Friends University, won the “Name the Online Newspaper Contest.” The official name is the Crimson Chronicle. May was one of 42 who submitted names for the paper. The newspaper staff selected the title and awarded May with a $40 gift certificate from Heroes Sports Bar and Grill, a hat and T-Shirt from Friends University Bookstore and a T-Shirt from the athletics department. May said he found out about the contest when it was announced in the Faith and Learning class.
