“It’s not easy being me,” says renaissance man Ricky Ngo.

The athlete, biologist, president, homecoming nominee, tutor and future anesthesiologist has a lot on his schedule but manages to keep his life in working order.

This is evident from his numerous accomplishments.

On the athletic side of life, Ngo plays football and intramural basketball.  An offensive tackle, he made first team Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference this year and
was an honorable mention for All-American.

Of his love for football, Ngo said, “You can’t re-create it anywhere else… you make bonds for the rest of your life.”

“He’s a good football player,” added roommate Daniel Hultenberg

Ngo most often can be found in the Science Building. He is co-president of the Medical Club, a lab assistant and a double major in biology and chemistry.  The Medical Club nominated him for homecoming king this year.

Amid all this activity, Ngo manages a 3.88 grade point average and is a member of the Alpha Chi Honor Society.  Upon graduation he plans to go to medical school and become an anesthesiologist.
