Aaron Pauls, an English major, was published in the November issue of the English Journal.

The humorous piece features “two cow” stories. “Two cow” stories are frequently used to explain economic systems, but Pauls puts a twist on the analogy by applying it to other literary figures.

The journal normally publishes English teachers and college professors.

“It’s quite unusual for an undergrad student to get published,” Marv Hinten, professor of English said.
